Guided by its vision and mission, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants aims for:
a. Fellowship and Solidarity. To establish unity and harmonious relationship among JPIAns and other students and other organizations for the advancement of a world-class student organization.
b. Academic Excellence. To uplift to higher standards and improve quality of education, the organization shall adopt measures necessary to encourage critical, analytical and constructive thinking, in so doing, to foster educational advancement in accountancy and its related fields through:
i. Seminars, symposia, workshops, conferences, congress and conventions.
ii. Inter-scholastic functions, and
iii. Other academic services to the members
c. Socio-civic and Cultural Awareness. To imbibe socio-civic and cultural consciousness among JPIAns through social, economic and cultural development projects.
d. Moral Integrity. To promote and uphold moral values beneficial to the interest of the accounting profession, the JPIA, and its members.
